With over 20 years of hospitality experience the SCSC team can work with you to craft a menu and an experience that meets your budget and logistics.
Experiences
Supper club nights that showcase local vendors, trivia nights at the brewery, outdoor movie parties and record swap afternoons at the wine shop- SCSC is all about crafting and hosting events that bring your community together and we can work with you to design and run an event for both private and public functions.
OUR TEAM
Dale Buchheister
Peanut butter hummus? Smoked hot dogs? There seems to be nothing this experienced executive chef and pit-master won't tackle. Dale is always brewing up some wild menu in his head and in the kitchen which has translated to decades of diverse kitchen experiences in New York City, Kansas and now Sullivan County at various local establishments. With years of proven experience at events, pop-ups and restaurants, Dale is particularly passionate and skilled at developing a menu that fits your budget and tastebud dreams.
Rachael Margolies
Rachael knows the value of incredible hospitality from her years working at premiere hotels in NYC or locally at organizations like Foster Supply Company. She honed her event and community building sensibilities in Lawrence, KS where she spent time running a children's day care. Today she brings that creative energy and sense of hospitality to every SCSC event.
Brendan Regimbal
Before putting down roots in Sullivan County, Brendan spent years in NYC and traveling the world managing theatrical productions from many angles. He's seen firsthand the value of bringing community together as he does that locally with his work at organizations such as the North American Cultural Laboratory, the Narrowsburg Literary Fest and the Delaware Valley Opera. He brings that production experience and passion for bringing community together to all SCSC events.
Samara Naeymi
A seasoned producer of events with many years of operations experience, Samara ensures all SCSC events are handled smoothly and with minimal effort on the client's part.
She started her hospitality journey in competitive culinary competitions and later for over a decade she hosted and organized a bi-monthly gaming community event in Brooklyn, NY so she has a deep love for the value of play for all ages.
