BBQ Meats - served on split top roll topped with Chipotle Slaw and sauce of choice.

Smokey Pumphouse Smashburger - smoked ground beef, pressed with cheddar and topped with crispy onions and creamy bbq.   Comes with a side of fries

 

Fries - plain, Memphis dust or loaded (beer queso, pork belly, cowboy peppers) 

 

Salad - Cochecton caviar over greens 

 

Sides 

 1. BBQ baked beans with pork belly and bourbon deglazed caramelized onions. 

 2. Corn Ribs: Memphis dusted corn on the Cobb, sliced long and fried crispy. 

 3. Chipotle Slaw: thin sliced cabbage and local veggies tossed in a smoked cream cheese and Chipotle sauce.

 4. Chips and jalapeño popper pimento cheese spread.
