Join us down at The Cohecton Pump House on October 11-14 when we will be serving a special Oktoberfest menu

Smoked Sausages- topped with sauerkraut and beer-mustard.  Comes with a side of fries.

 Choice of: 

 1. Impossible 

 2. Bratwurst 

 3. Kielbasa 

 4. Vienna (hot dog) 

 

 Schnitzel Sandwich -  crispy chicken over greens topped with creamy slaw on a pretzel bun served with hot German mashed potatoes 

 

Smashburger- double or triple with white american, pickles, and kaiser sauce and a side of fries

 

Fest Salad- cochechton oktoberfest caviar- butter beans, chick peas, shaved Brussels, local veggies, marinated in mustard cream sauce over greens 

 

Hot German Smashed Potatoes - pork belly, pickled peppers, local veggies, smoked garlic.  

 

Fries- plain or hot mustard dust

 

Jägerfrittes -fries smothered in caramelized onion and mushroom gravy and cheese curds)

 

Bretzel mit bierkäse - pretzels with beer cheese 

 

Fest platter - sampling of sausages, bretzel, pickled medley, mustard, pimento cheese, smoked liver pate, bierkäse.
